HPL Exhibition Application Form

Hamilton Public Library accepts exhibition applications. Please note that submissions will be reviewed based on Hamilton Public Library’s strategic priorities and in accordance with established policies, specifically HPL’s Exhibitions strategy. Exhibition applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, however due to exhibition timelines and staff capacity, applicants will only be contacted if there is interest in moving forward with the proposed exhibition.

Please ensure that all fields are fully completed to the best of your ability; while some specifics may change, applications that are incomplete or lack sufficient detail to review will not be considered. All exhibitions are subject to Conditions of Exhibitions, as amended from time to time, and detailed in a formal contract or memorandum of understanding prior to final approval. All potential exhibitors are thanked for submitting their application, however Hamilton Public Library does not have the resources to host all exhibitions or to contact all applicants.
